The Residence du Temple is opposite the Collegiale and next to the Tourist Office - 3 Place du Temple.
Reception is in the Spirit Bar on the ground floor of the building - unless you have made a prior arrangement, key collection is from 16:30hrs
Call our reservations number on + 33 (0) 6 59 24 17 29 to confirm your arrival time and arrange key collection. Please let us know if you think you are due to arrive late as we have a key-code for the main Residence du Temple door to allow access for late arrivals.

To book a transfer, winter or summer activities, ski lessons/guiding or for specialist advice on equipement & ski passes, please call Richard at Montagne Attitude based in the Spirit Bar on the ground floor.
Richard is available, at the Spirit, everyday between 08:00hrs-09:30hrs to recover keys and to complete a damage and cleaning inspection. If you plan to depart before 08:00hrs please make an appointment with Richard prior to departure.
Invoices can be settled with a MasterCard/Visa card, euro cheque (drawn from a French bank account only please) or cash. Currently, we do not accept any holiday voucher schemes such as Cheques-Vacances.
Parking is available in the Champ de Mars car park, just outside the main walls of the old town. Parking within the main walls of the town is strictly limited to residents and deliveries and please be aware that parking tickets are swiftly issued to any illegally parked cars!

Guests staying for week can benefit from the ‘7 day forfait’ which can be bought at in the ticket machine in the Champ de Mars Car Park for €15.
Your apartment is cleaned and inspected before your arrival to ensure all appliances; fixtures, fittings, linen and towels meet with our very high standards. We ask guests to make us aware of any damages or breakages as soon as possible (or before 10 am on the first morning), allowing us to make the necessary repairs without delay.Please be aware that damages due to negligence or misuse will incur charges against your damage/cleaning deposit.
Apartments are provided with linen and towels for each guest. Quilts, linen and towels for guests using sofa beds are located in the main cupboard. Should you need a fresh supply of towels, please ask Richard in the Spirit Bar on the ground floor. A mid-week clean is provided for all stays of 3 days or more.
A welcome pack of teas and coffee plus complimentary organic soaps are provided for your first day. Bio-degradable cleaning materials are provided for the bathroom and the kitchen, which are stored in the cupboards under each sink.
